Hi Michael, 

Could you post the error message are you facing? 

One reason that may be causing this issue is Confluence isn't be able to reach the Atlassian Market Place due DNS configuration. 

So, could you please make sure that your Confluence server can reach https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ ?
