Hi there,
We are investigating using the free version of JSM linked to a Confluence Knowledge Base that JSM registered users can access without consuming a Confluence license.
We are also investigating the Scroll Versions plugin to provide for different release versions of the documentation. It is priced according to the number of Confluence license users you have, but our customers won't be using licenses in this scenario.
Will these products all work together as we require, and do we only count internal users who consume a Confluence license, not customer users, in estimating the cost to us of the Scroll Versions plugin?
Hope this all makes sense.
Newbie-ish!
Thanks,
Kat
