Can we use multiple identity providers for SSO in Atlassian Cloud Products?

Kunal Saraf January 5, 2022

Hi Community,

We are using Jira Software and other products for managing the Development Projects and we have a diverse team who uses the same instance.

Now, we want to setup a SSO for all users however, the domains are different for different teams for example kunal@abc.com, kunal@xyz.com.

In that case can we use Atlassian Access to integrate multiple idps. (AzureAD, Office 365)

Thanks,

Kunal

@Kunal Saraf

Support for multiple IDPs is work in progress, think it makes sense to watch https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?&search=sso and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-572

Cheers

Hi @Kunal Saraf

There is a way to integrate Azure AD as well as Office365 with Atlassian Access and get user authentication using miniOrange Identity Broker Solution.

You can checkout our documentation here for connecting any Identity Provider with Atlassian Cloud via miniOrange Brokering.

Please raise a ticket for demo or any question related to setting up Multiple Identity Providers with Atlassian Cloud.

Thanks,
Shradha
