Can we synchronize/relate comments b/w two issues using Jira Automation

Is there any “trick” in Jira to “connect” comments between different issues are which linked by a specific link type?

I've two user stories A&B and both are cloned to each other. So whenever someone puts a comment on A, I need to have that comment on B as well. 

Is there any way to accomplish this?

Try creating a rule like this. Be sure to test it first as I am not 100% confident it will work as you intend it.
