Can't linked in between 2 issue in BigGantt JIRA

Hi everyone, i got this information when i want to make a dependencies between 2 issue:

"Link is invalid. It lacks a source task, target task or type of link." Please help me find out why and what i'm supposed to do. Thank u

Hello

How are you trying to create that link? Are you dragging and dropping from one bar to another in the Gantt chart?

Constraints do exist, though. For instance, I couldn't create a start-to-end link from P1M to P1M-42 - see the "error" to which the green arrow points to.

I'd need a screenshot or two, representing your particular setup, to be able to help.
