Can't create a test run in Test Management app

Trying to use the Test Management app and am getting the following when I try to create a test run. After clearing this message, there are 5 runs created but none of them have steps. What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately we seem to face something similar with Tricentis test run creations.
When we try to create a test run for a test script into an existing cycle we receive a confirmation message the run was created but the cycle remains empty.

Would it be possible to share the solution that worked for J, Hoffman with us to verify if it might resolve the same?
