Is it possible to configure the OnDemand version of Jira access our FishEye server which we have running internally? Or can OnDemand JIRA only be configured to talk to an OnDemand version of FishEye?

When using OnDemand, it is an all-inclusive suite of applications. Everything is designed to be hosted by us sans Bamboo which only uses Amazon's EC2. As such, unfortunately, you cannot link it to your internal FishEye server.

Now this is possible! You can create two-way links between your OnDemand application and your Fisheye self-hosted application - just bear in mind that OnDemand cannot manage the users for locally-installed application. Please follow the instructions described on this page in order to accomplish this -https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Linking+to+Installed+Applications+from+OnDemand.
