Can JSON tables macro take a URL that is private?

We have a cloud-hosted confluence. We are trying to use JSON tables macro to display internal tables. Is it possible to specify a URL that is in our private network accessible over VPN?

Hi @Anil Gunturu ,

Good day!

Please note that you cannot use a private URL as we do not support connection via VPN. The two workarounds which we can suggest as of now is:

  • Host the same in some public URL and then try to fetch the data.
  • OR add the data as an attachment in the Confluence cloud instance and then use the attachment.

I hope the information helps.

Hi @Anil Gunturu ,

We have raised a support request in our Bobswift portal for your requirement and please signup to our portal and share your username so that we can add to you the support request and discuss further on the issue.
