Can I use Zbot to import automatically the reports in Jira installed on server not in the cloud?

I have the Zephyr plugin in Jira. I upload manually the reports to check results in Jira.

Can I use the automatic way(zbot) if we have Jira installed on our local servers, not in the clouds.
