Hi, I am currently using the "Recurring tasks for Jira" plugin but when I set recurring tasks to be scheduled on a specific day of the month or day of the week (when recurring monthly or weekly) the old due date is kept from the original task for the due date of all newly scheduled recurring tasks.
How can I change it so the due date of each new task corresponds to the date the recurring task is released? (the scheduled recurring date)
Hi @Thien Bi
If you use Jira automation for recurring tasks (by using the schedule trigger), then you can use the {{now}} smart value to define any date value you want. More on smart values here https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/ and more on jira automation here https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/get-started-with-jira-automation/
