Can I search for test-case / requirement on creation

Christian Nov 21, 2013

Hi,

I have a project with 1000+ requirements and eventually as many testcases. When I create a new requirement or test-case is it possible to search for or filter the available requirements/testcases? Per default, I get a paged list with 10 items/page. I'd like to search/filter per component, label, version etc. Is that possible?

Brgds,

Christian

Hi Christian,

You may use a JQL query to filter your requirements/tests in order to minimize the quantity of information displayed. Alternately, you may display them using the Impact for JIRA plugin (http://bit.ly/1tYPzxu), which allows you to display Requirement/Tests issue links in a hierarchical way.

Cheers,

Luc
