Can I import MS Project into latest version of Jira on the web?

Hello

We have spent some time creating a super project on MS Project.  Unfortunately, we have discovered the limitations of MS Project and we would like to import this into Jira.

Browsing the web it says go to the dashboard and click on on WBS Grantt Chart option which is not appearing on my dashboard.  The article is from 2019 so I was wondering if we have other options of importing the project?
