My Jira instance uses Atlassian Access to connect with LDAP. Some data, such as user's names is already synched up between them. However, we'd liked to get more data. For example, when a user creates an issue, we'd like to automatically retrieve their phone number from the LDAP. Is that possible? And how would it be done?
You're looking at User Provisioning to grab some of the LDAP details to sync to Atlassian user accounts.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that phone number is one of the details that can sync via user provisioning.
