Can Bigpicture Sum Scripted fields ?

Hi I have scriptrunner script field which I show on a bigpicture gantt chart. It basically calculates a value based on some fields is the issue. I am not able to set this scripted field to sum like other non scripted fields. I was wondering if was at all possible to make the field "sum"able in BP?  Is it just that scripted field aggregations are not supported in BP .. or can they be if certain conditions are met?
