Bundled Fields

Hi,

I'm using 'Extension for Jira Service Desk' App but it is not showing Bundled fields so please help me how to get this functionality

In My CustomFields->Add Custom Fields page->Advanced options not showing Deviniti Bundled Fileds

did you put the field on the create/edit/view screens? (I cannot see the snapshots you uploaded.)
