BigPicture - Cadence - sprint sync problmes

Hi

i encounter problems with the issues sync between cadences and  sprints.

the main problem is that the cadences do not synchronize with the board backlog – in fact, they only synchronize in 1 direction (from roadmap to project), and then disappear if refreshing the page. moreover when i first create cadence and assign it sprint 1 i expect that it will bring all issues under that sprint...but i dont...

later there are cases where i assign story to sprint 1 and story to sprint2. after refreshing the page, the stories return to the backlog...also sometimes i change the stories between cadences and again - after refresh the tasks return to the original cadences. 

of course i tried the refresh, sync and RR. sometimes it works and sometimes not. but should i always use RR after any action...?
