Big Picture or Advanced Roadmaps?

Does anyone have any suggestions of a portfolio management software that could integrate with Jira, Bamboo, and Salesforce?

Basically I have found that the Jira has integrations with all of these platforms, however, I am not sure if these products can display the data wanted.  We need cost of projects, and want SOW Info – Cost, Resources, Time.  I did not really see this ability on either of these platforms.  any suggestions???

This is one comparison: BigPicture vs. Advanced Roadmaps

BigPicture is kind of more 'complete', has Gantt charts, Risks modules that Advanced Roadmaps don't have, or have 'not that developed'.  Advanced Roadmaps are less customizable than BP is, but expect better performance there.

As for including the cost and State of Work (SOW) of a project, I believe Jira + BigPicture is just fine if you take this simple portfolio approach, where projects/programs are in fact Jira tasks, and so you can use a task's Description field and also the 'Cost' field, as evident in the screenshot. I believe you can switch currencies between EUR USD, and so on.

Hi @Marcin Geb _SoftwarePlant_  - in the time since this was posted there have been many changes in both the Atlassian Cloud and BigPicture.  Are there any updates that could expand on this post?

Indeed, last year we introduced numerous new features and improvements. More detailed information on realized and planned initiatives you will find on BigPicture Roadmap here. 

In the 8.3 version, planned to be released this month, we will introduce a set of initial features supporting financial management:  Budget, Actual cost, and Estimated cost. A more precise description you will find here: 

• New columns in the Overview module: Budget, Actual cost, Estimated cost
• Box costs can be automatically calculated based on tasks in the scope
• Estimated cost as built-in task field
• Actual cost as built-in task field
