From what I can tell the average age chart daily filters for all issues in unresolved state on that specific day (end of day?) and gives the average age.
However with the weekly chart, how does it filter? Does it take the number of unresolved issues at the end of the week? Or does it take any issue that was in unresolved state at any point during that week? So if an issue was unresolved on Monday and resolved on tuesday, it would still be counted?
The atlassian documentation is not clear on this.
I use Resolved Issue filter to check average ago required to solve these issues.
However, I still have a question about In Days. This is calendar day or business day?
