We need the automation to wait 1 minute after issue is created for use case with API integration. I heard this is not possible yet but can be achieves using 'Refetch issue' action, my question is how long will Jira take to refetch the issue as it sounds like I need to put a few re fetch issue actions in my automation so that it can add up to the desired time. How many re fetch is required to wait 1 minute? Is there a better way of doing this?
Thanks
Same here. I've just put a vote here: [AUTO-238] Ability to delay automation rule executions - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
In the meantime I'll try to solve it as describe here: How to simulate a delay/sleep function in the automation | Jira | Atlassian Documentation
