We have an automation process for HR terminations.
The Jira Automation was set to send the on-call person an email so he takes care of the termination in a timely manner.
Last week we did not receive the email which caused a problem.
You have to see the audit log of your rule if it was successful or not. After that I would advise you to take a look at the logs of jira and identify any possible errors. Start from there and see if you have anything to report back.
