how can i make automation rule that when issue created and assigned to someone, an email notification sent to assignee

Hi Abdelmoghny,

Create an automation rule based on an Issue Created trigger. Or you can do whenever the assigned is change (which would include when the issue is created).

Then add any Conditions if you need to.

Then add an action for Email Issue. Put the Assignee in the To: field. 

Below is an example (change the Conditions to meet your need or just take them out):
