Automation rule that gets triggered only if there is no existing subtask in the Issue.

Hello,

I am trying to set up Automation rule with a Condition that only if an "Issue(s) has no subtask", then only run the rule.

Problem statement: Looking forward for JQL or Condition to identify "Issue(s) with no subtask"

Regards,

Surbhi Shah

@Surbhi Shah You would do this using the 'Related Issues Condition', selecting Sub-Tasks and then 'Are Not Present'.

Looking into this more, as per this Atlassian feature request, such a JQL is not possible - but it is possible in an automation rule by using the Related Issues Condition :)
