Automation rule option for Github Pull Request Approved (Incoming webhook)

Hi,

I'd like to automate moving issue to the "QA" column when PR was approved in the Github.

I've created rule (Incoming webhook) with the rule "No issues from the webhook" and everything seems to work except I don't know how to associate issue with my rule?

Any ideas?

I personally use the built-in automation triggers, not webhooks, but typically the way to trigger the automation is to put the Jira issue number, ie TEST-123, in the commit message, pull request title, and/or the topic branch name that is being used for the work.

I'd like to use the built-in automation triggers but it looks like "Pull Request Approved" automation doesn't exist.
