Automation on the back of a integration to Azure piplines Edited

Hi,

We have an integration with Azure pipelines CI/CD that updates the developer field in a JIRA ticket with details such as if the ticket has been released to our staging/production environment.

Is there a way I can tap into this integration and do a transition based on that event?

For example: When a release is done to staging in Azure, and the integration marks all the tickets that were released to staging in the developer field, I'd want to transition the JIRA issues in that staging release to have a status of 'ready for testing' and when the ticket is then released to production in Azure, I'd want to transition the JIRA issue to 'released'
