Automation: how to move ticket from board to kanban when ticket with specific label created

Hello,

i'm creating an automatism whereby when on jira service management a ticket passes in a certain state, a ticket is created on our Kanplan project (kanban + backlog). The problem is that the ticket is created in the backlog, we would like that ticket to end up in the kanban to-dos instead. Does anyone know how to do? I can't find the automation to move from backlog to board.

Hey Andrea,

After you create the card in the new project, you need to add another action to Transition the issue to the next status. That's what makes it move out of your backlog. 

It should look something like this:
