Hi all
I have an AJW rule which I previously used to link all of a customer's previous requests with their newly created request.
I want to modify this so that the entire list of issue links appears as an internal comment. I also NO LONGER want to keep the previous requests as linked issues.
I am trying this rule, but it fails to add any comments to the issue.
Nothing is commented, and the issue links remain on the request.
Any ideas on how to implement this?
Hi @Lachlan
It seems that all actions are made within the issues of the JQL. Accessing values from the triggering issues should be written like {{triggerIssue.fields.summary}}).
And you might want to iterate over that list to add them as separate line in comments, no?
