Using Automation for JIRA lite and through the Comment on Issue action I would like the automated comment to use a Custom ID field to comment to a particular user. Is this possible?
The custom field is a people picker and the comment is only meant to be aimed at that person on the ticket.
My meager attempt at this was hoping that throwing in in comment might work but it doesn't:
