Automation Rule Add Label Not Working

Hello,

i'm defining a new automation rule so that when an issue is being created and the reporter is someone i know, a label should be add to the ticket.

The rule is not working; if i change the adding of a label with a comment the rule works.

Any idea?

Do you have edit permissions?

Can you check the audit log and see what it's written there?
