Automation Re-open on comment immediately when an issue is resolved with comment added

Can the issue mentioned in the following atlassian article be looked at for Automation for Jira please?

We have the reopen ticket on comment automation but if we close a ticket and included a comment the ticket with transition to close then straight to reopen due to the order that Jira does the transition.
