Automation Insight don't open ticket in Jira Service Desk


I'm trying to create a rule in Automation Insight that open a new ticket in Jira Service Desk when a date is due.

The field with the date is "Expiration" and I want to have the ticket 7 days before the due date.

I've made the rule you can see in attachment, but nothing is happening and I don't understand why.

Someone is able to help me ?

I've found where the problem was by installing the log system I saw in another question.

Could you elaborate what exactly the issue was?

(and also, what log system did you install?)


Sure ! I have installed the addon Home Directory Browser and seen on the automation logs that I used the wrong Issue Type for Jira's Ticket. I've two similar Issue Type but they aren't on the same project. I changed it and it worked.
