I'm trying to create a rule in Automation Insight that open a new ticket in Jira Service Desk when a date is due.
The field with the date is "Expiration" and I want to have the ticket 7 days before the due date.
I've made the rule you can see in attachment, but nothing is happening and I don't understand why.
Someone is able to help me ?
