My company has an Internal and an External Ticketing system. They want it so whenever a customer creates a ticket in External. It all goes into Internal with no issues. They've asked me to work with the estimate time, so if the field value changes (estimate) then update linked issues field value.
I don't fully know how to do this, only just started working with Jira so don't fully understand it all.
