We are using CRM for Jira plugin and with JIra Service Desk on prem version. Can you please let us know is it possible to somehow automate and update CRM Company field or any other CRM fields when Customer creates a ticket from JSD Customer portal. If yes can you please let me know the steps to achieve this.
