We use clubhouse for managing stories, and Jira service desk for user support tickets. The end goal is to automate the Jira ticket status based on the story status in clubhouse.
Example, a story is created in clubhouse based on a Jira Service Desk ticket. The story is moved into our "in development" column, the Jira ticket would automatically move from "pending" to "In Progress" etc.
