Auto log the work if Status is 'Done'

If the status of Task is transitioned to 'Done', the remaining work should be automatically logged. How can I do this with JIRA Automation Data Centre ?

Not sure what I am missing on below smart values:

When: 

Issue transitioned

To

Done

If: Issue Type is one of

Sub-task, Task

Then: Log work
