Hi, We have purchased a license for Attlasian suite (Crowd, Confluence, JIRA and Bamboo) - as the account credentials of our order is with an ex associate, is there a way to get our order and contract mapped to new credentials and what is the process ?
I would raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com and give them as much information as you have on who the ex associate is and who you are.
