Atlassian Marketplace access to India

We have recently bought the Atlassian products such as Confluence, JIRA, Greenhopper etc. We intend to buy some plugins from the Marketplace as well however when i tried buying Gliffy Plugin for Confluence it did not allowed me to do so as we are based in India. Please provide us with an alternate method of procuring the same.
