Is there a method to tie a project to a company in Atlas. For example I create a project "build new widget" and company X has contracted us to do that. So I add "Company X" as a company in CRM and I want to tie the Jira Core project that I have created for "build new widget" to that company (so that all issues are also tied to the company). If I were to pull up the company info in Atlas CRM I'd see the project "build new widget" that is for them.
Possible?
Hi Dennis,
My apologies for the late response, I somehow missed your question.
It's currently not possible to link a project to a customer. But this is something that we are looking into. I'm curious about how you would expect this to work.
Would issues from this project show up in the issues overview of a company? Or would they be considered different from issues that are from projects that are not directly linked to the company?
Thank you,
Maarten
Hi,
I am also interested in adding a company to a project. If I add a company to a project, then all issues under that project would automatically be assigned to that company. I would then be able to see all those issues under the "Issues" in AtlasCRM. Is this something that can be added? Using AtlasCRM for JIRA Cloud.
Thank you,
Massimo

Hi Massimo,
Thank you for sharing how you would expect this to work. I'm going to add it to our issue.
This is definitely something that can be added, but we get a lot of feature requests and only have a limited amount of time available. However, I will add your vote to the issue, which we will take into account when we decide on what to build next.
If you would like to be notified about development of this functionality, please open a support request so we have your contact details: https://avisi-support.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10.
Thank you,
Maarten

Thank you Maarten. I realize you get a lot of feature requests. I will add it to your support desk and am working on workarounds for the meantime. Still a great great product.
Best,
