As JSM administrator, can I change the public names of the users. Export Master users table from JSM
I am having a problem when usin AIO power BI connector, when I export some jira issues with a custom field type (people), the user name exported from JIRA to Power BI is not the full name but the public name.
Is there any way to fix it?.
I mean, is there any way to export the full name and not the public name - AIO connector doesn't specify this.
If this is not possible, does anyone know if as JSM administrator I can change the public names of the users or it has to be done by the own users?
Is there anyway to export the master users table from JSM cloud version?
