Hi there,
I've added a mention (@[user]) in an objective description and in the comments, but it doesn't appear the user mentioned received any notifications.
I would have assumed it linked into Jira's notifications for this. Is that not the case? If so, is there any plans to integrate it?
(The same is true for setting another user as a stakeholder - I half expected it would appear as a notification).
Many thanks,
Rob
Hi, @Rob Calvert As an alternative, you can use Business Process Manager for this case.
It allows to minimize repetitive processes and eliminate errors by choosing Assignee. Mentioned user will get a mention in the email when the task is created.
There are a lot of functions that can help you to automate your work routine.
Hello @Rob Calvert
Thank you for your feedback.
We are working on a Notification center for OKR Board for Jira app and quit soon it will be released for the Cloud version and later for DC/Server versions.
We will keep you posted on it.
Best,
Viktor
