I am creating a portal where customers can raise issues, but I wanna make sure that our support engineers get an approval from the customer that the solution was satisfactory before the card is marked as closed. In the approval steps, I don't see requester as an option. Is there any way I can achieve this?

By design requestor doesn't usually approve. When requesting something, the requestor typically needs approval.
You can have a step in the workflow pending client verification or something like that as an option.

Yeah I understand that. The industry we work in is unpredictable, so we have mandate to make sure the client is satisfied with the resolution before the card is closed for good. For now, i'm adding in status transitions and automations. Thanks for your help @Benjamin
