Hi everyone,

To those who are using Insight - Asset Management for JIRA Cloud, have you tried using that app for OKRs management purpose? Or what do you think about it - can it be possible or is it take too much time for setup?

Hi @Hoang Nguyen

Have you found a solution?
In my recent article, I covered 4 methods to set up Jira OKRs:

1. JPD project adapted for OKRs
2. Advanced Roadmaps for setting up the OKR structure
3. Jira Custom Fields configured to serve as OKRs
4. OKR Board App from the Atlassian marketplace

Would love to hear your thoughts on these!

@Hoang Nguyen ,

IMHO Jira (without any additional plugin) should be sufficient for simple OKRs

Can you describe your case with all the details that caused you are thinking about Insight (that's good if you need kind of cross-project data or to represent hierarchy)?

Like for example there's Obj "A"

3-4 KRs contribute to Obj A belongs to 2-3 teams. We measure KRs by using issues (story) on JIRA, which are in different projects, kinda like that.

@Hoang Nguyen  ,

You'll be able to reflect that structure for sure.

You should be even able to get progresses for KRs, but that will be more problematic when you have to move to Objectives level.
