Hi,
Manually cloning a single Zephyr Test ticket and moving across into a different project does appear to maintain the scenario details when using the menu options via Jira user-interface.
However, when doing this "in bulk" say using an automation rule - then the Zephyr details are lost (and only the Jira-fields are maintained).
Can anyone recommend a solution or 3rd-party plugin/tool (for Jira Cloud) which allows for this bulk cloning while maintaining the Zephyr test details.
Thanks for any help or feedback.
Welcome to the community, @Tim Cavalier.
I am Marlene from codefortynine.
It is possible to Bulk Clone Jira issues along with Zephyr test cases and test steps with Deep Clone for Jira. You can read more about how to achieve that in our documentation.
If you have questions or feeedback, don't hesitate to contact us.

Hi @Marlene Kegel - codefortynine
Unfortunately, it looks like I'm still getting the same missing Zephyr content even when using "deep clone for jira" (individually or in-bulk cloning routes).
Any ideas?
