Agile User Story Map Showing Issues From Multiple Projects

Hi,

I have a user who is seeing issues from other projects in her Agile User Story Map.  These are issues from projects she does not have access to but they appear alongside the issues from the project she is currently in.

When she refreshes the screen they disappear for a while but keep coming back.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so do you know what would cause it?

Hi @Matthew Moody 

The fastest way to get an answer on this will probably be to contact the app's support team directly. 

It looks like this app is Agile User Story Map PRO for Jira by Bauer. 

Hope they're able to resolve this for you!

Hey @Matthew Moody 

I'm getting that 403 error as well. It also looks like their website https://www.bauer-information-technology.com/ is down at the moment. That's not a great sign - I hope it's just a temporary outage for them and you're able to get contact with them soon.
