We have an example for you of how to make organizing a corporate event easier 😊 Who is collecting sign-ups for gifts? We know very well that wishes change, so it's a good idea to change the request several times. Make it agentless.

This functionality works on the Portal in JSM. It does so well for editing requests from customers. It is a significant time saver for agents when they don't have to make changes now and then, and also for customers because they don't have to wait for changes to be made. Win-win situation.
Changes should be limited, so there is a simple way to set up how many times it can be edited. Define with JQL when this feature is on and the editing option ends. Thanks to this, agents get their requests edited, but only at a specific time.
