I've just include the QMetry add-on available on the Atlassian Marketplace into my Jira environment in order to manage user Test Cases, easy control and report them.
However, even following the instructions (https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QTMFJC/pages/12132228/Installation+-+Cloud) when I try to add the new QMetry issues to the task schema I am not able to find them. Also, I do not see any QMetry option that might have been added to the tool.
When going to the Manage adds-on I don't see any problem, as the QMetry Professional seems to be correctly installed.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Is there something I could do to solve this issue?
