Affected service field is only visible for internals in the help center.

I have 2 accounts, one internal and one external (Private e-mail)

The private is added as customer to a project and when I log on I see the ticket creation templates.

However, when I open the template via help center as an internal I have a drop down to select "affected services" but this field is missing when I do it with my external user.

This is the only field missing, all other are visible for the external.

Below is the internal users view.

And below is the external user:

Anyone having an idea why affected services is not visible for the external user?

Thanks

Hi Admin,

I found the information that this specific field is not available for externals.

So the questions is no longer valid. Can you please delete it?
