Advice on creating rule to move cards to next list if the due date is changed

My lists are titled 'June', 'July' and 'August', and each card in the respective lists have the due date for that same month.

Is there any rule that I can programme such that if I change a card's due date from June to July, it will automatically move the card to the list 'July'?

Appreciate any advice! Thank you in advance.
