Adding user to tempo team generates error

Hello,

we just started the test version of tempo on server and I wanted to add users to our tempo team but wasn't able to because it generates an error everytime (shown in the screenshot).

I am administrator and already checked all the settings in tempo and the general permission settings in jira.

The jira group of this particular user has the permission to log work, edit his worklogs and lots more.

I already tried every role and group we have and the only role members that can be added are administrators and I can't find the reason why.

Does anyone have the same problem and maybe has a solution?

Hi there, I have the same problem just now. All settings for the user are correct but I get an error message like the screen shots attached to you description when trying to add this user to a Tempo team. Did you get a solution?
