My company uses Zephyr for Jira Cloud utilizing SSO authentication.
I have been attempting to configure the "Zephyr for JIRA - Test Management Configuration" in Jenkins. I have created both access and secret keys. The account I'm trying to use has appropriate permissions to the projects.
When I configure everything and attempt to test this configuration I am getting the error message "Invalid user credentials".
My gut feelings is this failure has something to do with our SSO.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any suggestions which I might try?
Thank you for any support in this matter.
I had the same problem. Use an API Token instead of a regular password.
