I read that their is no API for adding history into JIRA and that should be done through JSON import, But I would like to know the JSON format of history. Can I have sample JSOM format for history

The Importing data from JSON article has a couple examples including an example of a worklog import that may be of use including another example for adding Time Tracking details.
Hopefully those examples can be of assistance in helping you get the results you are looking for.
